Part 2: Product You Love — Why It Works

Select any product you love. Explain why it is successful by addressing:

1. User needs and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD)
2. Positioning and differentiation
3. Key metrics (e.g., activation, retention, engagement, conversion)

Part 3: Concrete Improvements

Propose specific UX/UI improvements for that product.
