今天早上刚面完mini case，趁还没忘记先发上来跟大家分享。因为在这里收到很多帮助，所以也来回馈一下。希望大家都面试顺利\n\n\n\n今天面的是地里有人分享的goold doc的原题，可惜我刚好没准备到那题，感觉除了那题其他都有刷过。只能说真的太可惜了。然后真的每个题目都要做过一遍!!!!!!!!!!\n\n\n题目是 You are in charge of a ride-share service. .1point3acres\n\n\nQ1. What is the factor to consider?\n\n我的回答是 Finance Feasibility, competitors, and market shares。\n\n\nQ2. Giving the data: You give 2,400 rides per day, and charge $30 per ride. You pay each driver $700/day. Assume that there are 8 hours in a day, and each driver can give a maximum of 5 rides per hour. You also have a daily fixed cost of $10,000. What is your daily profit?\n\n\n一开始的时候太紧张没听清楚，请HM重複了几次，但我的面试官一直都面无表情，也不知道repeat了几次有没有什麽影响。然后面试官提示我了之后才算出来profit。后来回去重看后发现计算真的很简单，感觉就是当下没反应过来\n\nTotal Revenue: 240030=72000\n\nDriver Cost:（这里当时有点卡住，我觉得在面试的时候一定要搞清楚什麽data也要计算出来) 85=40 Total per day\n\nNumbers of drivers need: 2400/40=60 drivers.\n. Χ\nTotal drivers cost: 60*700=42000. Waral dи,\n\nProfit: 72000-42000-10000=20000\n\n\nQ3. 问如何增加Profit，路上拦计程车跟这个app的差异是什麽。有什麽优势可以与之区隔，还有supply与demand的相关性。\n\n\nQ4. Assumes that the day is split into surge and non-surge demand hours. Non-peak demand lasts 4 hours and has 800 rides. Peak demand lasts another 4 hours and has 1,600 rides. Assume you can only hire drivers for the full day. How much would you need to charge during peak hours to break even on your profit from the first question?\n\n这边我算的时候是错了 后来验算应该是17.多\n\n\n\nQ5. Any recommendation?
