CloudKitchens Interview Questions

Every CloudKitchens question collected here comes from a Software Engineer loop, and six of the seven are coding rounds that look more like object modelling than puzzle solving. Candidates report being asked to build a menu manager backed by enums, then write a parser and serializer for that same menu, and to price a receipt where combo discounts overlap and the rules have to be applied in a defined order. The food-delivery domain shows up directly: one prompt asks for a real-time kitchen order fulfilment system, another for an in-memory cloud storage system whose API you sketch as you go. The algorithmic outlier is Top-K, asked in both its static and its streaming form, so a heap that works over a fixed array has to be reworked for an unbounded feed. Three of the seven carry a written solution, though none open in a runnable console; this is a whiteboard-and-conversation page rather than an execute-your-code one. Six of the seven were asked in a technical screen rather than onsite, and all seven are rated medium. The difficulty sits in how cleanly you name classes, split responsibilities and absorb the edge cases the interviewer adds mid-session, not in the algorithm. Nothing here is behind the paywall.
