Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PracHub. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PracHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Important: By creating an account or using PracHub, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Rules
When you create an account with PracHub, you agree to the following:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use PracHub. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
One Account Per Person
You may only create one account, and it is for you alone. Creating multiple accounts, or letting anyone else use your account, is prohibited and may result in suspension. See Account Sharing and Transfers below.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Sharing and Transfers
Your account, and any Premium or Lifetime access on it, is licensed to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share your login with anyone else, let anyone else use your account, or sell, rent, lend, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or its access to another person. This applies at every plan level, including Lifetime. You may use your own account from more than one of your own devices (for example, your phone and your laptop). Any API key you create for the PracHub Agent API is part of your account: it is personal to you, and sharing it is sharing your login. We may limit how many devices can be signed in at the same time, sign devices out, or ask you to verify a new sign-in.
If we detect that an account is being used by more than one person, we will first notify you and sign out all devices so you can secure your account. If sharing continues after that notice, Premium content on the account will be suspended, typically for 7 days, and for 30 days for a further violation, with no refund or credit and with any subscription billing continuing. Continued or severe violations may result in permanent termination. If you believe a notice or suspension was applied in error, email support@prachub.com from your account email and we will review it.
User Content
PracHub allows you to submit questions, solutions, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you agree to the following:
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to PracHub. However, by submitting content, you grant PracHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on our platform.
No Plagiarism
You may not submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. All submissions must be original or properly attributed.
Content Standards
Your content must not contain:
- Harmful, threatening, or abusive material
- Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
- Spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Personal information of others without consent
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
Content Moderation
PracHub reserves the right to remove, modify, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.
Premium Subscription
PracHub offers premium subscriptions with additional features and benefits.
Billing Terms
- •Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the price shown on the checkout page
- •Quarterly Plan: Billed every 3 months at the price shown on the checkout page
- •Yearly Plan: Billed once every 12 months at the price shown on the checkout page
- •Lifetime Plan: No longer sold. Existing Lifetime memberships keep their access.
- •India (INR) Plans: Prepaid one-time blocks, not subscriptions — see India (INR) Plans below
Some plans are also shown as a per-month rate for comparison. That rate is never the amount billed — see Per-Month Price Comparisons below.
Fair Use of Premium Access
Premium access is licensed to one individual for personal interview preparation. By subscribing, you agree that:
- •You will not share your login credentials or your PracHub Agent API keys with, or otherwise provide premium content to, any other person.
- •You will not sell, rent, lend, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or your Premium or Lifetime access to anyone else. It is personal to you and non-transferable.
- •You will not use scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, downloaders, or any other automated tool to access, copy, or bulk-download premium content, other than through the official PracHub Agent API, using your own API key, for your own interview practice and within its published daily and monthly limits.
- •You will access premium content at a normal reading pace, for your own use only.
We monitor for access patterns consistent with credential sharing or automated retrieval. Automated retrieval may result in suspension of premium content access, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. For account sharing we will normally notify you and sign out all devices first; if sharing continues after that notice, premium content access will be suspended, typically for 7 days and then for 30 days for a further violation. Your subscription and billing continue during a suspension, and no refund or credit is provided for the suspended period. Repeat or severe violations may result in termination under Prohibited Activities.
Automatic Renewal
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
This does not apply to India (INR) plans. Those are prepaid one-time purchases that never renew and store no payment method for future billing, even though two of them are also named "Monthly" and "Quarterly". See India (INR) Plans below.
Per-Month Price Comparisons
Some plans are displayed with a per-month rate, such as "$7.50/mo". That rate is the plan's billing-period price divided by the number of months in the period, rounded to the nearest cent. It is a comparison figure only.
- •The amount actually charged is the billing-period total shown beside the rate — for example "$89.99 billed yearly". That total is charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
- •You are never billed monthly on a quarterly or yearly plan. The per-month rate does not create a monthly charge, and it cannot be paid monthly.
- •Because the rate is rounded to the nearest cent, multiplying it by the number of months may not equal the total exactly. The total shown beside it is the authoritative figure.
- •Where a discount applies, the discounted rate is derived from the discounted billing-period price, and the discount continues to apply to each renewal for as long as the subscription remains active.
India (INR) plans are also shown per month, but they are prepaid one-time blocks rather than subscriptions — see India (INR) Plans below.
India (INR) Plans
Visitors purchasing from India are offered prepaid access blocks priced in Indian rupees, inclusive of GST: ₹1,499 for 1 month, ₹3,999 for 3 months, and ₹6,999 for 12 months.
- •These are one-time payments, not subscriptions. They do not automatically renew, no payment method is stored for future billing, and there is nothing to cancel.
- •Premium access ends when the prepaid term expires. To continue, you purchase another block.
- •Per-month prices are shown for comparison only. Where a rate such as "₹583/mo" appears, it is the plan's total price divided by its number of months, rounded to the nearest rupee. The amount actually charged is the single total displayed beside it — for example ₹6,999 billed once for 12 months of access. You are never billed monthly on an India plan.
- •Prices shown are inclusive of GST. The Refund Policy below applies to these purchases on the same terms.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access to the website until the end of your current billing period. Agent access (Practice in Claude Code & Codex) ends when you cancel. No refunds are provided for partial months, quarters, or years.
India (INR) plans cannot be cancelled because they do not recur — access simply ends when the prepaid term expires, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another block.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for first-time subscribers who request one within 3 days of purchase and have viewed fewer than 3 premium questions. Contact support@prachub.com to request a refund.
Refunds are not available for: accounts exceeding the 3-day window or 3 premium question threshold, renewal payments, or accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
Price Changes
PracHub reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes. Changes will take effect at your next renewal.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PracHub does not store your payment card information. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- •Spamming or Abuse: Posting spam, unsolicited advertisements, or abusive content
- •Gaming the XP System: Using bots, scripts, or exploits to artificially gain XP or unlock content
- •Scraping or Automated Access: Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or download content from PracHub. The one exception is the official PracHub Agent API, used with your own API key for your own interview practice and within its published daily and monthly limits; using it to bulk-copy, redistribute, or republish content is still prohibited
- •Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, moderator, or PracHub employee
- •Account Sharing or Transfer: Sharing your login, letting anyone else use your account, or selling, renting, lending, or transferring an account or its Premium or Lifetime access
- •Security Violations: Attempting to breach security, access unauthorized areas, or disrupt the service
- •Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from PracHub
We use automated systems to detect access patterns consistent with scraping or other automated retrieval, on any account and at any plan level. Where we detect them, we may temporarily restrict that account's access to content, without prior notice and without affecting your account, your progress, or your billing. Repeated or continued activity of this kind may lead to a longer restriction or to termination. We also use automated systems to detect accounts used by more than one person. For account sharing we notify you and sign out all devices first; sharing that continues after that notice leads to a temporary suspension of premium content (typically 7 days, then 30 days for a further violation), and continued violations may lead to termination. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, email support@prachub.com from your account email and we will review it.
Intellectual Property
PracHub Ownership
PracHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PracHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Question Content Sources
Interview questions on PracHub are aggregated from publicly available sources, user submissions, and community contributions. We strive to ensure accuracy and proper attribution when applicable.
DMCA Takedown Process
If you believe content on PracHub infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@prachub.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Trademark
"PracHub" and the PracHub logo are trademarks of PracHub. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Advertising
Advertisement Display Policy
PracHub displays advertisements to free users through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. By using our free service, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the user experience.
Free Users
Free users will see advertisements displayed on various pages throughout PracHub. These ads help support the platform and keep our free tier available.
Premium Users - Ad-Free Experience
Premium subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience. No advertisements will be displayed to premium members on PracHub.
Third-Party Platforms
We cannot guarantee an ad-free experience on third-party platforms, embedded content, or external links, even for premium subscribers.
Limitation of Liability
PracHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PracHub disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security or freedom from viruses
No Guarantee of Interview Success
While PracHub provides interview preparation resources, we make no guarantee that using our service will result in job offers or interview success. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall PracHub, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PracHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PracHub shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with PracHub on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
