Welcome to PracHub. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PracHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Important: By creating an account or using PracHub, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Rules
When you create an account with PracHub, you agree to the following:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use PracHub. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
One Account Per Person
You may only create one account. Multiple accounts or sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
PracHub allows you to submit questions, solutions, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you agree to the following:
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to PracHub. However, by submitting content, you grant PracHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on our platform.
No Plagiarism
You may not submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. All submissions must be original or properly attributed.
Content Standards
Your content must not contain:
- Harmful, threatening, or abusive material
- Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
- Spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Personal information of others without consent
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
Content Moderation
PracHub reserves the right to remove, modify, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.
Premium Subscription
PracHub offers premium subscriptions with additional features and benefits.
Billing Terms
- •Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at $21.99/month
- •Quarterly Plan: Billed every 3 months at $59.99
- •Lifetime Plan: One-time payment of $89.99
Automatic Renewal
Monthly and quarterly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or quarters.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support@prachub.com within 7 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.
Refunds are not available for: renewal payments, lifetime plans after 7 days, or accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
Price Changes
PracHub reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes. Changes will take effect at your next renewal.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PracHub does not store your payment card information. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- •Spamming or Abuse: Posting spam, unsolicited advertisements, or abusive content
- •Gaming the XP System: Using bots, scripts, or exploits to artificially gain XP or unlock content
- •Scraping or Automated Access: Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or download content from PracHub
- •Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, moderator, or PracHub employee
- •Account Sharing: Sharing premium account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
- •Security Violations: Attempting to breach security, access unauthorized areas, or disrupt the service
- •Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from PracHub
Intellectual Property
PracHub Ownership
PracHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PracHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Question Content Sources
Interview questions on PracHub are aggregated from publicly available sources, user submissions, and community contributions. We strive to ensure accuracy and proper attribution when applicable.
DMCA Takedown Process
If you believe content on PracHub infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@prachub.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Trademark
"PracHub" and the PracHub logo are trademarks of PracHub. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Advertising
Advertisement Display Policy
PracHub displays advertisements to free users through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. By using our free service, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the user experience.
Free Users
Free users will see advertisements displayed on various pages throughout PracHub. These ads help support the platform and keep our free tier available.
Premium Users - Ad-Free Experience
Premium subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience. No advertisements will be displayed to premium members on PracHub.
Third-Party Platforms
We cannot guarantee an ad-free experience on third-party platforms, embedded content, or external links, even for premium subscribers.
Limitation of Liability
PracHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PracHub disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security or freedom from viruses
No Guarantee of Interview Success
While PracHub provides interview preparation resources, we make no guarantee that using our service will result in job offers or interview success. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall PracHub, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PracHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PracHub shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with PracHub on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
