After recruiter outreach, I had two interviews. The first was virtual and straightforward: I answered written questions that appeared during the session. The second was a panel conversation with two people, both of whom were friendly.
By the end of the panel, I could tell the role was not right for me. The rejection did not surprise me, and I was at peace with it.
The whole experience was polite and low-pressure, even though it did not go further.
