I started with an about-one-hour phone screen that was mostly technical and felt as though my future manager ran it. The process then moved quickly into an LP-focused loop, structured around Amazon-style leadership thinking even when the technical work did not look extremely hard.
I got a LeetCode-medium problem in the spirit of binary search. I understood it but nerves kept me from landing the solution or communicating it as I wanted. Another interview combined behavioral and technical work. The behavioral side felt rushed, and the technical directions were initially unclear, though I eventually solved the problem. I did not get an offer, and felt nerves mattered more than problem difficulty.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
