Atos Consultant interview: three-stage stakeholder process

I began with a recruiter screening and then a three-stage process in which each conversation seemed to build on the last. The early conversation covered my experience, what I wanted to do next, and how I handled stakeholder management and delivery as a consultant. The recruiters and interviewers were friendly and professional, and the process was easy to follow.

Next, I completed a technical challenge with a senior technical consultant. It asked me to think on my feet and explain my technical reasoning, not merely recite knowledge. The final stage was with the project or team manager and focused on my background in context and my fit with the work. Across the rounds, questions were competency based, and the approachable people made it easier to respond calmly.

The process did not drag, communication stayed clear, and each stage gave me a better sense of the role. It felt legitimate and gave me optimism about my prospects.

Location: London, England. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
