The first round mixed a market-sizing case with behavioral questions. The process itself was straightforward in structure and pacing, with multiple interviews in each round and interviewers who kept things moving. In the second round, I completed two more case studies with partner-level interviewers.
The partner interviews were much more interviewer-led in a different way. They gave me less structure and expected me to drive the flow by deciding how to break down, discuss, and advance the problem. That initially threw me because the responsibility for framing the discussion was heavier than in the first round.
I would place the experience in the difficult range. I did not receive an offer, and my main reflection was how much the later stages relied on me to create the structure.
Location: Melbourne. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
