A recruiter contacted me through Brillio Guadalajara. I missed the first call, so they followed up by message to confirm my interest and share the position details. There was no separate HR screening after that. The interviews were simply scheduled.
The process became three technical interviews in sequence: one with Brillio, then one with the client, followed by a final technical interview with the client. That progression itself was straightforward, but the communication around it was missing. After the last round, I received no feedback and no update on whether I had moved forward.
I contacted the recruiter to ask about my status, but got no response. It left me feeling ghosted. I later saw online that other people had described similar experiences. What stayed with me was the disappointment of not getting any follow-up, since even a short status update would have closed the loop.
