- Self-introduction
- Asked what I did at Company A
- Dug deep into the projects I worked on at Company A
- Compare and contrast the ecosystem advantages and disadvantages of Company A versus TikTok
- How would I improve the "marketing feel" of TikTok's ad content recommendations
- How to improve the efficiency of content moderation
- How to evaluate the effectiveness of AI on content ecosystem moderation (I wasn't prepared for this one and didn't answer it well — don't bring up things you don't actually know...)
- How to balance monetization of content recommendation against user experience
- ...there were a couple more questions I think, but not many, and I don't remember them well
- Why I'm changing jobs after such a short time
- Career planning and my reasons for coming to the US
- My turn to ask questions (I asked about work details, then asked a dumb question — I won't repeat it here; prepare your questions in advance so you don't ask something dumb)
