I remember this process as an intense stretch. I spoke with a lot of people, and every round took real mental effort. It included a recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation, and two full rounds of panel interviews, for five rounds altogether. The panels were demanding, with case-focused sessions in each one, and the final step was a conversation at the CPO level.
The hiring manager experience was genuinely great, and many of the panel interviewers came across well. Recruiting was the part that dragged. My recruiter kept forgetting about my application, so I had to send multiple follow-up emails to get scheduling moving. After my final round, I asked several times over a couple of weeks when I could expect an update, but I never got a response. A few weeks later, I received a generic rejection.
I didn't get the offer. The interviews evaluated a lot and were taxing, but the lack of responsiveness and closure from recruiting frustrated me more than the interviews themselves.
