There aren't many Disney/Hulu-related posts on this forum. A few months ago I interviewed for a Senior Data Analyst, Product role. I applied in early July this year. Their hiring process is four rounds.
The recruiter scheduled my HR screen in the second week after I applied. It was mainly: 1) introduce myself, 2) why I wanted to switch jobs, 3) they walked through the interview process. Overall it was pretty similar to any other HR screen.
Within two weeks of the HR screen, they scheduled the second round — a one-hour Zoom with the hiring manager. The first 20-30 minutes were introductions on both sides and talking about past projects, then they asked one small business case.
The day after that interview, HR reached out to say I'd moved on to the next round. The third round was a technical interview — SQL, 5 questions, with the last one being a bonus question.
About a week after that, HR reached out to schedule the fourth round — back to back, 4 hours on Zoom with 4 members of the hiring team, one hour each. It was basically Behavioral + Stats + Case each time.
Two weeks after that, HR told me that in the end they went with the other candidate between the two of us finalists — someone with more Product experience.
