My process started with an online assessment focused mostly on probability. The math felt grounded enough to be solvable, but it was still demanding under the time limit. After that, I had a semi-technical HR conversation, followed by the technical interview phase.
The technical portion combined behavioral questions with quantitative problems. I was asked about options pricing and the underlying intuition, especially how I would think about Greeks and how they are used in practice, along with probability reasoning. The interviewer was genuinely nice and kept the conversation moving smoothly, which made it easier to think on my feet. I remember feeling that the structure was clear. They weren’t trying to trick me with vague questions. They wanted to see how I connected math to trading logic.
Later, the process also included a superday with additional interviews, and some coding appeared there too. Despite the clarity and supportive atmosphere, I didn’t receive an offer. What surprised me most was how much attention still went to applied options intuition, even when the earlier conversations felt more general.
