After I cleared that step, I moved to live interviews with a similar storytelling-and-structure feel. I had a behavioral conversation and then a more technical round, though for this role it was about industry trends and broader context rather than deep software details. Most questions were grounded in past experience: what I had done, how I approached problem solving, and how I described my impact. The hour went by quickly, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
The hardest part was the timed recording window and having to be concise. I did not receive an offer. My main impression was that clear, detailed stories that fit the consulting-style prompts were my strongest signal.
