The final round was with a hiring manager and focused on problem-solving, communication, and fit. I had to describe challenges I had handled and place the role in the context of real work, not merely list the tools I knew.
The difficulty felt average. It was less like a coding contest than a test of whether I could explain testing practices and apply them in a real system. I did not receive an offer, but the questions matched my stated strengths.
