I was scheduled for an interview about a week after applying. The technical portions mixed resume deep dives with algorithm-style questions. In one interview, behavioral and technical prompts alternated closely, and the follow-ups made me justify my choices instead of giving quick answers.
What surprised me was how much even the technical questions came back to the story behind my resume. The difficulty felt average, and the tone stayed conversational rather than adversarial. I did not get an offer, but I left feeling that the interviewers were trying to see how consistently I could explain my work and reasoning.
