I applied through Workday and chose an interview time after a recruiter reached out. The process began with an online step before moving to an onsite conversation.

The initial round included a cognitive or logic test, followed by a Teams interview and then an in-person office interview. The people involved were connected to the department: a team lead or responsible person, HR, and sometimes additional managers depending on scheduling. I did not receive an offer, but the sequence was clear and seemed designed to assess how I think and communicate as well as technical recall.

Location: Dalmine. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
