My process was straightforward: an online assessment, an in-person assessment, and then the final interview. It was organized and professional, and I appreciated that it did not drag on without a reason.
In the combined technical and HR conversation, I introduced myself, explained my background and final-year project, and discussed my technical skills and software knowledge. HR asked about strengths, career goals, relocation, and why I wanted to join from a different academic background. The in-person technical material fit my experience rather than pulling in unrelated subjects.
I cleared the process, received selection confirmation, then an offer letter and onboarding steps. The interview was much smoother than I had worried it would be, and I was genuinely relieved by how manageable it felt in the room.
