The process was simple and felt more like a filter than a string of endless rounds. I had two main interviews: a coding round followed by a managerial round. I heard that a test can sometimes be included, but my own process stayed with that coding-then-managerial sequence.
The overall difficulty felt manageable. I kept hearing internally that referrals mattered, which made the experience feel partly about gaining entry to the process through the right channel. The interviews did not feel like attempts to overwhelm me with unusually hard puzzles. I did not receive an offer, but the bigger gate seemed to be getting in front of the interviewers in the first place.
