I discussed architecture, contact center implementation, and my migration approach. The interviewer stayed professional throughout.
I thought the technical discussion went well and that I had answered clearly. What surprised me was the follow-up: I had to contact the recruiter several times and eventually received only a generic rejection email. HR appeared later in the process, but the lack of closure and useful feedback was the main problem.
I did not receive an offer. I would have preferred constructive feedback to a generic ending.
