I went through an interview flow that was entirely AI-based, and I found it surprisingly efficient. The AI generated questions tailored to my resume and the job description, and the experience felt almost human, more like a real conversation than a cold checklist. The questions covered system design prompts and coding and code-practice topics, and I usually had enough time to think through my answers before moving on.
What I liked most was how natural the progression felt and how much it covered without dragging on. In some parts, the AI connected its questions to what I had introduced at the beginning. Later, it gave me feedback on how I had done, and that was genuinely helpful rather than vague.
Even when the round was challenging, it never became chaotic. By the end, it was one of the smoother processes I'd experienced, and it produced a positive result. I felt that the AI evaluation was coherent and aligned with my background.
