After the recruiter conversation, I had a technical screen with two coding questions. The next stage was an onsite-style loop with a behavioral discussion, two more coding questions, and system design. The recruiter was accommodating when scheduling was difficult.
The coding prompts were LeetCode-like, with follow-ups that required me to explain and revise my approach. System design was about trade-offs and carrying a solution through end to end. Results varied depending on how optimally I performed, and in one path I did not get past a hiring-manager screen. I did not receive an offer.
What stayed with me was how quickly the process moved from coding correctness to complete reasoning under time pressure, and how much it depended on communicating my thinking.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
