A director led the behavioral round, arriving late and finishing early. The final interviewer spent most of the session on the resume before briefly discussing troubleshooting a failing client application. The recruiter confirmed the following day that the applicant had passed the final interviews. Despite that result, the author was dissatisfied with much of the process and regarded the second coding session more favorably.
