After speaking with a recruiter, I took a technical screen with LeetCode-style problems on a coding assessment. One felt easy and a couple were medium. A little later, I had further rounds combining deeper discussion with technical evaluation.
The final part focused on what I'd built and how it worked. I discussed my projects and familiar tech stack, answered targeted technical questions and then solved another LeetCode-style problem at the end of the session. The pressure seemed to build as the conversation progressed.
The overall difficulty felt average. I thought they were checking both the depth of my previous work and my ability to code live, with particular emphasis on problem solving at the end. I didn't receive an offer, but the process felt coherent and professional.
