The process stretched over about a month, and long waits set the pace more than the interviews themselves. After applying, I had HR screening and was supposed to connect twice, but the first meeting did not happen as scheduled. A couple of weeks later, I interviewed with the hiring manager and a senior engineer.
The conversations mixed technical and softer questions tied to my resume and past experience. They seemed to be assessing both what I had done and whether I could learn quickly. Later, I spoke with a director and then a principal engineer, each after another gap of roughly a month. Meeting people across that chain of command made it feel like a structured decision rather than isolated chats.
The overall difficulty felt average. The biggest surprise was the amount of waiting between rounds. I did get an offer, and although the pacing made the process feel longer than it probably was, the interviews themselves felt consistent.
Location: Bella Vista. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: got offer.
