My process began normally and I made it through several rounds. Near the end, it became clear they were not moving forward. The recruiter said they would contact me that day or the next, then I heard nothing.
After multiple interviews and getting fairly far, the lack of follow-through bothered me. I can understand that an early process may be slow or ambiguous, but this silence came after I was already advanced. I spent days and weeks wondering instead of receiving a clear update or timely rejection. I did not receive an offer. The rejection itself was not the main issue for me; the way communication was handled made the process feel unprofessional.
