I ran into a bad side of the process: missing responses and cancellations without notice. In one stage, the manager interview was canceled without warning, and there was no response until I reached out. I also had conversations where I waited afterward and then simply heard nothing, as if they had stopped contacting me.
In another stage, the recruiter seemed transparent at first and promised feedback even if it was negative. In practice, she disappeared and ghosted me. When I messaged to understand what happened, I was ignored. There was also a situation where I completed interviews and received no feedback even though I had progressed.
I did not receive an offer. The worst part was the broken expectation: even when feedback is promised, the process can end without closure, and that undermines the sense that it is being handled seriously.
