Repeated waits for interviewer availability made the process drag, and its length was draining even though it was not unusually chaotic. People communicated consistently, expectations were clear, and the case plus follow-up conversations tested problem-solving and explaining decisions in the moment. I did not get an offer, but I understood what each round was evaluating.
