You are given a binary array `serverStates`, where `1` means a server is currently on and `0` means it is off. You may turn on at most `k` currently off servers.
Return the maximum possible length of a contiguous block of servers that can all be on after performing at most `k` such changes.
Example:

- Output: `5`
Explanation: By turning on two of the `0` values, you can create a longest contiguous segment of 5 on servers.
