Choose three accomplishments that each reveal a different strength a product manager needs, and in each one make your own contribution and a concrete result easy to hear.
```
### Clarifying Questions
- Should all three come from work, or may one come from outside it, such as a side project or volunteering?
- Would you like a short summary of all three, or should I go deep on one after summarizing?
- Is there a time window you care about, such as the last few years?
### What a Strong Answer Covers
- A deliberate choice of three accomplishments that together show different product strengths, such as customer insight, influence without authority and delivering results.
- For each one, the situation and stakes, the candidate's own actions as distinct from the team's, and an outcome backed by a number or other concrete evidence.
- Why each accomplishment matters to the candidate and what it shows about how they work.
- Pacing that covers all three concisely and leaves room for the interviewer to probe one.
- Honesty about the hard parts: obstacles, setbacks, or what the candidate would do differently.
### Follow-up Questions
- Pick one of the three. What was the hardest decision you made in it, and which alternative did you reject?
- If I asked the people who worked with you on the second accomplishment, what would they say you could have done better?
- Which of the three would you approach differently today, and how?
