The process was staged. First came a cognitive and technical assessment with 90 multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes, followed by a coding assessment with two to three programming problems.
Next was a communication assessment that used AI for voice and text. Only then did I reach a combined technical and HR virtual panel lasting 15 to 30 minutes. I did not receive an offer, but the structure was clear: tests first, then communication and technical thinking in the panel. It felt easy overall, while the AI voice-and-text step was the most unfamiliar part.
