The process started normally: I applied, a recruiter reached out for a brief HR-style introduction, and then I took a one-hour online assessment. The later rounds included two DSA coding interviews, one system-design interview, one behavioral or leadership-style question they called BQ, and several team-matching rounds.
The DSA portion was much harder than I expected. The problems felt close to LeetCode hard, and I struggled to reach the expected solutions under time pressure. The system-design and leadership portions were more about structure and clear communication, but the coding bar made the overall process difficult.
I did not receive an offer. The process was organized, but the tight assessment followed by multiple intense DSA rounds left little room to recover from an early mistake. Looking back, I underestimated how quickly it would move from assessment to deep coding expectations.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
