A manager contacted me directly, and we met for an interview. The conversation felt fine, but there was no follow-up afterward. I sent a thank-you email, applied for another opening, and resent my application to the same manager, yet still heard nothing.
I tend to go deep into details, and I can see how that may not have fit their preferred pace. Still, the bigger issue was the lack of closure or feedback. I did not receive an offer, and a decent conversation never turned into a response from their side.
