After the recruiter stage, the process followed a clear four-step rhythm. It began with a short introductory call about my background and fit. About a week later, I had a semi-technical remote interview that assessed how I could operate in the role without trying to trap me.
Next came a more complex remote technical interview with the client. It was more serious and detailed but remained professional and fair. The final stage after that client discussion was administrative: signing the contract.
The process got to the point, moving from introduction to deeper evaluation and then paperwork. Even as the technical level rose, it never felt random.
Location: Italy. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
