After the recruiter stage, I took a Coding Game test. They emailed a list of technologies I could choose from, and the assessment used game-like questions and problems. My prompts were connected to Java, with a focus on logic, algorithms, and problem solving.
It was not just theoretical. I had to reason through the prompts and apply the concepts to reach an answer. Afterwards, I spoke with the recruiter again about possible projects.
My impression was that they wanted to see how I think, not only what I can explain. The opening was direct and structured, but it did not end in an offer, and I felt there was still a gap between the technical evaluation and the final decision.
