In another case, a first interview did not succeed because they wanted a different profile. They said they would call again for something more suitable, but nothing followed. In a third case, the only proposals were military-related assignments, so I ended the process after the first phone interview about my professional project and goals. The pattern was quick, nontechnical starts followed by stops or no response. What bothered me was the lack of real alignment on the role.
