After they reviewed my profile through Almalaurea, HR contacted me for an introductory call and explained the main information. A meeting with the business manager was then arranged, but it was postponed four times because of commitments and ultimately never happened.
Overall, the process seemed simple and mainly bureaucratic. They appeared to be checking whether I fit the profile without asking deeply technical questions that would meaningfully assess my suitability for the work.
