I had one technical interview on MS Teams that lasted an hour. The interviewer was friendly, and I shared my screen and wrote code in the IDE I used for the assigned problems.
The session went reasonably well. What stayed with me was the lack of closure afterward: there was no feedback after that first round, so I was left wondering how I had done. The interview itself felt okay, but the missing follow-up made the process feel incomplete.
