The process initially sounded as if it would cover SQL and behavioral topics. Once the interview started, however, it stayed entirely behavioral and scenario based. I expected a live SQL assessment, but it never materialized.
Communication afterward was poor. The recruiter did not reply to my follow-up emails, and an automated rejection notice arrived a couple of days later. The interview itself had focused on scenarios, but the lack of clarification left the overall experience feeling dismissive.
