The online assessment was the hardest gate for me. I had applied earlier in the summer and moved forward to the OA near the start of August. The coding questions threw me off. They did not seem impossible, but I struggled enough to score around the mid-60s overall, and that ended the process for me.
From what I saw, people who cleared the OA went into a short, structured technical loop with coding and behavioral questions. The technical sessions seemed like live coding events, with easy-to-medium coding questions, explanations, and time and space discussion. I also understood that the path split between DSA or aptitude questions and resume or project follow-ups. Even in easier versions I heard about, interviewers asked about candidates' backgrounds and projects.
I did not make it past the OA. I left realizing that I was not as calibrated to that assessment style as I had thought.
