Amazon DSP Software Engineer interview: OA and three closely grouped interviews

The process became a tight loop of back-to-back interviews, and I could feel the expectation that I keep pace. I started with an online assessment and then moved directly into three interviews that were scheduled close together.

One interview was entirely behavioral, while the other two were technical. The technical questions covered core DSA and moved into low-level and design-related territory. One session especially felt like it was testing more than coding, as though they wanted to know whether I could structure a solution end to end.

The overall difficulty was average, though the pacing made it feel sharper than that label suggests. I did not get an offer, but the process was coherent. The back-to-back format made it hard to hide weaknesses, and the questions seemed to have a clear purpose.

Location: United States. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
