I began with an online assessment and then moved into technical interviews that were unusually heavy on algorithmic problem solving. Recruiter communication was present, but the rounds themselves were stressful. They focused heavily on Amazon Leadership Principles and DSA.
During the coding-heavy part, I had about five DSA questions. I solved roughly two, while the others did not land for me. The interviewers wanted more than a solution: they asked how I thought about the approach and how I planned to execute it.
The experience felt too difficult and drawn out, and it ended without an offer. I left feeling that I understood what they were evaluating, but the mix of leadership-focused discussion and rapid-fire DSA was more than I could handle that day.
Location: Hyderābād. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
