After applying, I moved to an OA early in August, and it got difficult quickly. The experience was genuinely bamboozling. It was not one question that threw me off. The whole assessment did. I finished at about 66% overall and did not progress.
I did come away with a clearer picture of the next stage. The usual path after the OA was a loop of three rounds, about an hour each, with coding and behavioral questions in every round. The coding questions were described as easy to medium, so my issue was that my OA performance did not reflect that level. The format was clear, but my OA execution was not good enough to take me forward.
