I started with an online assessment and then moved into a short, dense interview sequence. There was no HR phone screen for me. After applying, the assessment came first and scheduling moved directly into the loop.
The loop had three rounds focused on data structures and algorithms, basic OOP, and DBMS concepts. Leadership Principles also appeared, and I had an HR interview mixed into the process. The later conversations still felt like interviews, but they put more weight on communication and trade offs than on memorizing answers.
The process had the usual Amazon style variety and assessed several fundamentals at once. I did not receive an offer, but it did not feel careless or random. It felt like a targeted evaluation.
Location: Hyderābād. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
