After the recruiter screen, I took an online assessment that felt structured and timed. It started with coding on two LeetCode-medium questions, then shifted to workplace and behavioral situations where I had to choose how I would respond. It also had a short personality-style section asking how different skill statements matched me.
The second time through the process, the online stage had four distinct parts. There was a HackerRank DSA coding test, followed by an AI-assisted coding section in a project repository. There, I traced a buggy codebase to work out why something was not committing to the database. There was also a block of multiple-choice work hypotheticals and a quick personal-style section where I rated how strongly statements applied to me. The difficulty mostly came from switching between so many formats back to back.
