My online assessment combined coding with a work-style survey. The phone interview after it was entirely behavioral. I had to organize past experiences into STAR-style answers: the situation, the task I owned, what I did and what happened as a result.
The recruiter and interview structure came up early. The process included an initial recruiter check, the OA and interviews with a strong focus on leadership principles. What struck me during the rounds was how central the behavioral evaluation felt compared with the technical work. The questions weren't especially obscure. The challenge was explaining myself clearly and connecting my answers to concrete outcomes.
I didn't receive an offer. I left the behavioral interview feeling I'd done a decent job of explaining the context, though the standard seemed strict. Looking back, I felt they were assessing how clearly I told each story and described my ownership, as well as the work I'd done.
Location: Phoenix, AZ. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
