My process began with an online assessment that combined a leadership-principles-style behavioral component with coding. After I passed, I moved into a back-to-back, in-person-style interview loop, and the number of perspectives on the panel was immediately noticeable.
The hiring manager started with behavioral questions tied to Leadership Principles and a deep look at my background and projects. Near the end, I was given a system-design coding problem, which shifted the conversation from describing past work. I then met a lead engineer and another engineer for LeetCode-style coding. I had to explain my reasoning as I worked and discuss the solution afterward.
The loop consisted of several 45 to 60 minute blocks with my possible hiring manager, team members, a senior leader, and a Bar Raiser. Each interviewer appeared to cover particular Leadership Principles so the set was covered across the panel. Everyone was respectful and thoughtful. I did not receive an offer, but the panel setup felt like a deliberate evaluation rather than a random collection of questions.
