After the early steps, I entered a fast-moving loop that combined technical interviews with leadership-focused behavioral questions. Each round paired a behavioral component with technical work, and one round was purely behavioral. The technical topics ranged across strings, priority queues, and object-oriented design.
The bar-raiser-style round felt hardest. It was not only more intense because of the questions; it felt as though it carried more weight in how my answers landed. The behavioral questions were situation-based and open-ended, with the interviewer trying to understand how I solved problems and why I made particular tradeoffs. During the in-person portion, I had a lunch break between rounds, which made the day more manageable even though there were still four rounds.
I did not get an offer, but the process was professional and I felt my answers were heard. The difficult part was having behavioral clarity, leadership alignment, and technical correctness evaluated in parallel, leaving fewer safe gaps.
