The process felt well organized from the start. The recruiting team kept things clear, even when one session had to be rescheduled because of an interviewer emergency. At the final stage, I went through a four-interview technical loop covering data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design, system design, and behavioral questions tied to leadership principles.
The interviewers were professional and respectful. A lot of them adapted their follow-up questions to what I had said instead of following a rigid script. In the coding discussions, I had to write working solutions while explaining my reasoning and trade-offs. The behavioral conversation stayed rooted in concrete examples from my past, with detailed follow-ups on my decisions and results.
The difficulty was hard, and I didn't get an offer. I left feeling that I communicated well and that my explanations mattered, but the technical bar was harder than I expected, especially once trade-offs and depth came into the conversation.
