After an online assessment, I had a recruiter touchpoint and entered the loop roughly a week later. The loop had four rounds: two coding-focused interviews, a bar raiser round, and a separate discussion about fit with another team.
The coding work combined algorithms and design. One round was LeetCode style, and the other was system design. Leadership Principles were a repeated theme, so I discussed how I made decisions as well as walking through code. The bar raiser was from a different organization and used leadership-focused behavioral questions.
The difficulty felt manageable but real. It required preparation without feeling chaotic or trick-based. The people I spoke with cared about depth and clarity, and once I reached the loop, the timeline moved fairly quickly. I moved forward and came away confident about what mattered.
